Where are you located?

We are located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We are just south of the city and conveniently located close to many highways.

What testing do you do to ensure dog health?

Both our Annie Rose and the father of the puppies are DNA tested through Embark. They are also certified through OFA. Before puppies go home, they are vet checked by our favorite vet clinic.

What does our puppy come home with?

All our puppies go home with a welcome pack which includes the following: 

• AKC registration 

• New puppy info 

• Small bag of puppy food

• A blanket with the litter smell on it for an easier transition home 

• Dewormer, vaccines (as suitable for their age), and vet approved 

• A fun new toy 

• Potty, crate, basic manners, and car training started

• We also have you sign a health guarantee and bill of sale to take with you (which I could forward you if you would like to preview it).

Can we come visit the puppies?

We would love for you to come visit the puppies, as well as their mama, Annie. Please contact us in order to set up an appointment.
